CIT University Supreme Student Government (SSG) President Aldrin Glen Gumandoy laid out his Action Plan for the First 100 Days of the 38th SSG under the Gumandoy Administration during the induction of the newly-elected SSG officers last June 16, 2022 held via Zoom.

Previously a campaign promise of UNITED, the First 100 Days Action Plan was first introduced during the 2021 campaign towards the assumption to office of the Catalonia Administration of former SSG President Jan Dale Carlo Catalonia where he released his own action plan. It was later incorporated into Section 35, Article VI of the new 2022 SSG Constitution which says:

"The President shall, during the date of his induction, present an action plan of the Supreme Student Government for the first 100 days under his leadership. No elected President shall assume office without presenting the mentioned action plan."

Fulfilling a campaign promise to the Technologian community, CIT University Supreme Student Government (SSG) President Jan Dale Carlo Catalonia released the Action Plan of the 37th SSG for the First 100 Days in Office under the Catalonia Administration during the induction of the newly-elected SSG officers last May 22, 2021 held via Zoom.

In his message, Gumandoy highlighted 23 priorities of the SSG in line with Taking U To The Next Level, UNITED's 2022 Platform of Government. The 23 priorities are as follows:

1. Convene the Commission on Appointments

2. Open the Executive Department applications

3. Conduct a Budget Hearing with the Chairperson of the Different Committees and Commissions

4. Re-establish the Presidential Sectoral Advisory Council (PSAC)

5. Advocate for the Establishment of Collegiate Alliance and the Conglomerate Alliance of Non-Departmental Organizations

6. Negotiate for a moratorium on temporary suspension of tuition fees increase for the Academic Year 2022-2023

7. Establish the Different Financial Subsidies for the Transitioning from Online to Hybrid Set-up:

   • Accommodation Subsidy

   • Necessities Subsidy

   • Transportation Subsidy

   • School Uniform Subsidy

8. Manage and prepare the Logistics for the Establishment of the Partnerships with the Accredited Boarding Houses

9. Start Discussions and Conversations about the Utilization of the School Buses for Safer Transportation during the In-Face Set-up

10. Deliver the first State of the Student Government Address (SOSGA) for Academic Year 2022-2023

11. Release the Semestral Action Plan for the First Semester of the Academic Year 2022-2023

12. Prepare and Replenish the Online Essential Kits for the New Academic Year

13. Conduct the SSG SPACE Pulse Surveys

14. Regular release of Transparency Reports

15. Revamp the Technologian Community Server through Discord

16. Revamp the SSG Youtube Channel

17. Revamp the Dunggon ka Teknoy by creating Online Departmental Helpdesk Channels

18. Prepare for the relaunching of Teknoy Tutorials

19. Conduct the Summer Gala 2022 and the Welcome Wildcats Week 2022

20. Conduct the SSG Bootcamp Training Sessions

21. Prepare and Procure Supplies for the SSG Technologian Health Kits

22. Prepare and Procure Tools, Materials, and Equipment for the SSG Technologian Depot

23. Reintroduce and Reinforce the Different Major Bills

The 38th SSG led by Gumandoy, along with Vice President Jhonryl Camacho, Secretary General Athena Ducay, Treasurer General Veronica Madarang and Executive Auditor Rhea Mae Mahilom, vowed to fulfill these 23 priorities in the first 100 days and the rest of the platform of government to better serve the Technologian community.
