SSG President Catalonia releases First 100 Days Action Plan

Fulfilling a campaign promise to the Technologian community, CIT University Supreme Student Government (SSG) President Jan Dale Carlo Catalonia released the Action Plan of the 37th SSG for the First 100 Days in Office under the Catalonia Administration during the induction of the newly-elected SSG officers last May 22, 2021 held via Zoom.
In his message, Catalonia elaborated 21 priorities of the SSG in line with Elevate To The Top, UNITED's 2021 Platform of Government. The 21 priorities are as follows:
Convene the Commission on Appointments
Open the SSG Executive Department applications
Form the Consultative Commission on Constitutional Reforms (CCCR)
Establish the Presidential Sectoral Advisory Council (PSAC)
Request the establishment of Batch Officers in organizations
Establish the Collegiate Councils
Establish the Conglomeration of Student Organizations (CSO)
Negotiate for a moratorium on tuition and other fees increase
Deliver the State of the Student Government Address (SOSGA)
Prepare the Online Essential Kits for the students
Institutionalize and conduct the SPACE Pulse Surveys
Release bi-monthly transparency reports on attendance & etc.
Establish the Technologian Student Community server on Discord
Provide organizations with an institutional email
Prepare for the launching of the department-based tutorials
Launch the official SSG Youtube channel
Undergo the final readings of the Magna Carta for Students' Rights and Welfare
Conduct the Summer Gala 2021
Conduct SSG Bootcamp training sessions for the officers
Conduct an orientation on the Student Handbook provisions
Organize the Welcome Wildcats Weeks 2021
The 37th SSG led by Catalonia, along with Vice President Zion Baclayon and Secretary General Jan Peolo Gargaran, vowed to fulfill these 21 priorities in the first 100 days and the rest of the platform of government to better serve the Technologian community.
