Youth's Duty in the World of Governance
Speaker: ALMAR CARL AMEN
The youth is the foundation of society. Encouraging them to engage in the world of governance, it enables the youth to build up strengths, thrive and flourish in preparation for adulthood and practice good governance. Engaging the youth will instill leadership qualities, actively participate in civic engagements and further develop the youth assets. It is an investment in the community that makes the youth and adults work together to solve the problems and practice them to good governance.
Response of Student Leaders Amidst Modern Catastrophes
Speaker: MARTIN LORENZO DEL ROSARIO
Catastrophes can make or break a leader. Student leaders should ideally complete crisis leadership training, which teaches leaders how to manage emotions, assemble emergency task forces, and maximize technology and communication channels. This module will highlight the importance of leading and taking action on certain catastrophes that are both practical and attainable. The discussion will also include guidance on making appropriate responses to address modern disasters.
The Leader's Toolkit: Integrity, Empathy, Genuineness, and Humility
Speaker: CHRISTIAN ENRIQUEZ
Module 3 is all about equipping leaders on how to become an effective leader by applying the most important qualities. In order to become an effective leader, you must equip yourself with the qualities that will surely help you guide throughout your journey and also for your future endeavors. These qualities will be discussed one by one for you to have more knowledge about it. At the end of this module, delegates will learn how these qualities play a role and understand the importance of these qualities in leadership.
Skills Spectrum of a Leader
Speaker: JANNELOISE BAYLON
Leadership values skills that entail connection with people in such a way that motivates, enthuses, and builds respect. The potential to lead effectively relies on a number of key skills. In this module, Skill Spectrum of a Leader will be discussed thoroughly to help you gauge your strengths and weaknesses, address deficits and optimize your leadership skills.
Select Your Leader
Speaker: PERCIVAL CENDAÑA
Selecting the right leader requires many considerations. This module would tackle the how's, why's, and importance of selecting a leader for the youth and for nation-building. Furthermore, the module's scope would focus on the different attributes and qualities of selecting a leader and differentiating between choosing a good and great leader for the next generation.
