Last February 2021, the Union of Nation-builders and Innovators for Transparency, Empowerment, and Development (UNITED) tied up with Smart Communications, Inc. to provide service to the Technologian community as part of our commitment to be together with the students and to be for the students.

On March 21, 2021, twenty (20) students were recognized during the UNITED Emerging Leaders Summit 2021 to be part of the Smart Student Circle program of Smart Communications, Inc.. These students received the privilege to receive data connection with the GIGA STUDY offer of Smart for three (3) months. The said students are as follows:
