Maundy Thursday is a significant day in the Christian calendar. It commemorates the day when Jesus Christ gathered His disciples for the Last Supper and then washed their feet as an act of love and humility.

As we commemorate today the beginning of the three-day celebration of Easter, may we remind ourselves that we should strive to serve one another as Christ did. This day sure is a time to reflect on Jesus' dedication to serving others through His teachings and His ultimate sacrifice – showing us people His unconditional love.
