This day serves as a reminder that you don't have to confront your problems by yourself. The idea that we are the only ones going through difficult circumstances or that we must go through it alone must be abandoned. We must remember that everybody encounters difficulties in life at some point, but they all manage to overcome them.

Recovery is a life long journey not a destination. It is sometimes terrifying and overwhelming but surely, you'll get there, we'll get there together. Be gentle with yourself. You are already doing good.
