The Union of Nation-builders and Innovators for Transparency, Empowerment, and Development (UNITED) congratulates Engr. Earl Dexter Arreglo and Engr. Camilo Ugbaniel Jr. for passing the August-September 2022 Mining Engineer Licensure Examination!

Earl ran and served as Mining Engineering Representative of the CIT University - Supreme Student Government last 2020 under the banner of UNITED, his second try, after coming up short in 2019 where he later served as the Head of the Commission on Extended Services. On the other hand, Camilo was a candidate for the same position in 2021.
