The Union of Nation-builders and Innovators for Transparency, Empowerment, and Development (UNITED) has always been at the forefront in protecting the rights and welfare of every Technologian and promoting the overall development of our nation.
UNITED for CIT University has actively made a stand in voicing out and extending service to the Technologians during the education crisis, the pandemic, and the onslaught of Typhoon Odette. As we continuously imbibe this brand of leadership in the Technologian community, we also believe that our national leaders must exhibit the same or even greater receptiveness to the struggles of their constituency and proactivity in addressing national and global issues.
Aside from this, UNITED has always been the pioneer in promoting transparency, accountability, and good governance in the Supreme Student Government and other school organizations by exhibiting financial integrity in handling the student trust fund and demonstrating full disclosure of all transactions entered into by our campus leaders. It is only right that our national leaders should also espouse the same quality of leadership as certified by national and international agencies, such as the Commission on Audit and the International Organization for Standardization.
With the unanimous approval of its current party officials along with current and former UNITEDmates, UNITED for CIT University formally proclaims its endorsement of VP Leni Robredo and Senator Francis Kiko Pangilinan in their Presidential and Vice Presidential bid in the 2022 National Elections, respectively.
This endorsement is made in alignment with the pursuit of UNITED for nation-building and innovation. The organization believes that leaders, be it on the campus or the national level, should uphold a proven and unblemished track record and a longstanding commitment to service.
Over the years, UNITED for CIT University has espoused the values of transparency, empowerment, and development in our service to the Technologians and the community — and out of all candidates, Vice President Leonor "Leni" Robredo and Senator Francis "Kiko" Pangilinan best exemplify these values.
Furthermore, UNITED has long valued the release of comprehensive platforms, clear roadmaps, and student-centered plans as part of our brand of leadership. Should the youth stand its ground and unify for this May 2022 election, it is imperative that it should be in support of the leaders who can steer the Philippines to be a better nation.
