"He was pierced for our transgressions; he was crushed for our iniquities; the punishment that brought us peace was upon him, and by his wounds we are healed” — Isaiah 53:5
Good Friday is the day on which Christians commemorate the Crucifixion of Jesus Christ. On this day, April 15, 2022, we celebrate Jesus Christ's passion, crucifixion, and death. As we celebrate this day, we should remember Jesus Christ's sacrifice on the cross, when he shed his blood for the sins of the world. Keeping this in mind, we must not forget to pray and thank our Creator and Saviour.
Jesus Christ died as an act of love. Jesus Christ sacrificed his own life for us to not be called sinful, guilty, and forsaken of God. We, UNITED, are commemorating Good Friday as we honor and recognize Jesus Christ's sacrifices. Let's take in our mind that Jesus Christ is more than a nice addition to our life or a self-help program; we NEED Him. And that's the word.
May the Lord guide you on your path to eternal happiness.
