Today, as we celebrate the International Women's Day, the Union of Nation-builders and Innovators for Transparency, Empowerment, and Development (UNITED) advocates to rewriting the narrative of women empowerment and supports to tackle the roots of discrimination against women by BREAKING THE BIAS.

As a youth-led organization operated by unique, skilled, and powerful women, we stand to challenge preconceived conventional gender-based notions that place women in inferior boxes in terms of skill, trait, and character. We stand to break gender norms that refuse to see women as individuals with talent and vision. We stand to show the world that WOMEN CAN.

Women CAN be creative. Women CAN be competent. Women CAN be leaders. Women CAN have great ideas. Women CAN have a vision.

As we progress as one society, we must advance without the bias, the stereotypes, and the discrimination. This world belongs to women as much as it does to every body else. It's time to #BreakTheBias.
