The Union of Nation-builders and Innovators for Transparency, Empowerment, Development (UNITED) joins the entire country in observing the first two days of November as All Saints' Day and All Souls' Day.
November 1 is the Solemnity of All Saints commonly known as All Saints' Day. In this day, we commemorate their holiness and give honor to them. This solemnity is not exclusive to the canonized saints of the Church but also to those who went to heaven but are unrecognized.
November 2 is the Commemoration of All the Faithful Departed or the All Souls' Day. During this day, we remember all of our brothers and sisters who passed away to eternal life. We also pray this day for the holy souls in purgatory that they may find eternal rest in the peace and mercy of God.
