Last Thursday, October 28, 2021, the Union of Nation-builders and Innovators for Transparency Empowerment and Development (UNITED) participated in a virtual meeting together with representatives from the Student Council Alliance of the Philippines (SCAP).

In attendance from UNITED were Party Secretary General Aldrin Glen Gumandoy, Vice Chairperson for Networks and Linkages Carlo Chu Jr., Legal & Operations Adviser Jabes James Quibido and Adviser & Consultant Kevin Ray Chua. On the other hand, SCAP was represented by Visayas Vice Chairperson Janneloise Baylon and Visayas Finance Officer Archel Barayoga.

The exploratory talks centered on introducing the thrusts of both groups and potential areas of collaboration leading towards formalizing UNITED's membership to SCAP, one of the largest student council and student political party formations in the country.
